If you see a property that you would like to apply for please submit a rental application. Only one application is required and can be transferred to our other rental properties. It is not necessary to submit a rental application for each property you are interested in renting. All persons over the age of 19 living in the household will need to submit an adjoining application.
Rental Requirements:
- At least one applicant is required to have a 550 credit score or better.
- Income (approx. 3.5 times the rent amount) to support the rent.
- No open bankruptcies.
- Other terms may apply.
